Dream on baby

Boy # 3 slept thru his 2 month photo shoot that I did with him, allowing me to capture this wonderful picture of him.

I loved the circles in Sketches in Thyme sketch # 151, so I used my Silhouette to cut out scribble circles and clouds.

1st Tooth

Upon look at my Time Hop, I was reminded of when Boy # 2 grew his first tooth. After realizing the picture was never scrapped, it was pulled out to pair with this weeks ScrapbookSteals Tulip # 10 sketch.

I did end up extending the vertical strip all the way down the page and move the title to the bottom right of the picture.

Miguel turns Two!

Poor Boy # 2 was sick for the first few months, that we weren't able celebrate with a big family party. We did however, get a small cake for the 4 of us (at the time) on the day of his birthday.

I paired Fancy Pants "Be Different" collections with Scrapbook Steals Tulip # 9 sketch.

Sleepy Dust

I don't know what it is about the car, but somehow my 2 youngest frequently fall asleep in the car. This picture was taken while we were waiting for Boy # 1 to get off the school bus one afternoon.

I used My Mind's Eye "Fine and Dandy" collection with ScrapbookSteals Tulip # 8 sketch.

Like Father Like Son

Boy # 1 just graduated kindergarten, and I can't believe my baby is going to 1st grade. My hubby requested a layout with this photo with his dad and him on his kindy grad and this photo with him and our son. After always believing Boy # 1 is my mini-me, seeing these 2 pictures side by side I may need to re-evaluate that statement.

This layout was also created to play along with Scrap It Girls June Challenge to use brads, buttons, and bling. I used My Mind's Eye Kate & Co "Oxford Lane" collection. I used the collections brads and buttons, with some sequins from my stash.

Avocad-No

For Boy # 3's first food we gave him a taste of avocado. Yeah, he didn't want anything to do with it.

I used mostly Recollection papers to complete this sketch from The Memory Nest - Make it Monday No. 41.

For Rochelle's Tic Tac Toe challenge I completed the diagonal containing circles, sun, and buttons.
For Kelley's word challenge I used "sun" in my title.

Ahoy Captain

Sketch n Scrap is celebrating their 3rd birthday, and have issued some fun challenges. Kelley's challenge was to create a layout using only 3 patterned papers. This seemed to go along with the Team B sketch from Scrap Much?.
My nephew has a captain's cap that he got from a cruise that he went on. Boy # 2 lovea to wear hats, so he had to try on this cool one.

My Ice Cream Buddy

Boy #2 saw me leaving one night to satisfy my pregnancy froyo craving and I let him come along, as boy # 1 was already sleeping. So we ended up having a spontaneous late night ice cream date.
I used Let's Get Sketchy Team A week 3 sketch combined with Scrapbook Challenge challenge to use a camera on your layout.  I used the camera cut file they provided for free.

Pinterest Win

I really love the Fancy Pants collection "Nautical". I've paired it with Sketches in Thyme sketch #150 and this pictures taken on July 4th, 2014.
I got the idea of painting T-Shirts off of Pinterest.  It really turned out to be a win!

Stacking Cups!

We have had this wooden train table since Boy # 1 was two. Never had we had any issue with him climbing on it or anything of that sort. Then along comes Boy # 2 and he loved to climb on it, sit down, and play with his toys. His favorite toy was this set of stackable cups.

Here is Boy # 2 playing on that table with his cups. ScrapbookSteals MidWeekMojo Tulip # 2 sketch worked well with these pictures.

The Magic Touch

Using ScrapbookSteals MidWeekMojo Sketch Tulip # 1, I scrapped one of my favorite little things. Boy # 3 always falls asleep holding onto his hair. It's hard to blame him, as it's so soft!

Socks and Sandals

Boy # 2 was obsessed with Mickey Mouse and would always want to wear his Mickey socks. This was happening along with his "I will only wear my sandals" phase. As I'm sure many parents have learned, we have to choose our battles. This battle was I one I had no desire to fight every morning. So therefore there were many mornings he arrived at daycare with socks and sandals on.

I paired this captured moment with ScrapbookSteals MidWeekMojo Sketch Daffodil # 10.

My Take

The Mickey head pulls out with my journaling.

Rock Out!

I pulled out some old pics to go with this weeks ScrapbookSteals MidWeekMojo Daffodil #6 sketch.  This was my middle son back in April of 2013. While he can be shy now back then he loved to ham it up and sign on his microphone.
